It is built in Excel File available with every QTP Test which is used to perform data driven testing
(Testing the application with multiple inputs)


1.To open DataTable, go to view and select data table and in order to use data table , MSoffice is not required.as shown in below figures.

2. Datatable has two types of sheet , one is global sheet (fig. QTP 3) and another one is action (Local) sheet (Fig. QTP 4)

3. Data Table contains only one Global sheet , where as no local sheets will be same as number of actions present in test.
